450 Update

Hey everyone,
I will be competing in a beach soccer tournament later today (8/15) in Atlantic City. If anyone wants to stop by and watch, it is at Brigantine Beach and I will be on a light blue/white coed team. So if you are in the area, by all means, stop on over and say hi.

I will be on vacation from Monday until Wednesday. I may not have access to a computer, so I probably will not be able to post for a few days. Once I get back, I will get everyone caught up. Thank you all for your continued support and please continue to stop by The 450 Splash.

Controversy in TNA

There is some rumors going around involving TNA, Kurt Angle, Karen Angle and Jeff Jarrett. The full story will be posted tomorrow. This story could be pretty juicy.

Another TNA Release

Former TNA Knockout Jacqueline Moore has been released by the company. She had one match a TNA house show recently against Rhaka Kahn, but hasn’t been seen on TV since March.

Nigel McGuiness Update

Nigel McGuiness will make his Ring of Honor return on June 26th against Claudio Castagnoli when ROH goes to Detroit, Michigan. This will be his first match sine Wrestlemania weekend when he suffered an arm injury.

Simply Phenominal

King of the Mountain Qualifing Match: AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels

The two shake hands and we are underway. AJ puts Daniels in a headlock and Daniels hits a hip toss and arm drag to get out of it. Daniels hits a drop kick to take Styles down. AJ floats over Daniels and dropkicks him out side. AJ goes for a slingshot over to the apron and hits a springboard moonsault to take out Daniels.

Coming out of the commercial, Styles hits a neckbreaker for a two count and goes for reverse chin lock. Daniels takes AJ and hits a swinging neckbreaker on the second rope. He then hits a split legged moonsault to take Styles out on the floor. Daniels goes for a cross body and Styles counters with the flying fore arm. Styles hits a series of clotheslines but Daniels counters some back and forth action with a blue thunder bomb. Daniels powers AJ down and goes for the BME. Styles moves and hits the Pele. Styles goes for the Styles Clash and Daniels went for the Angels Wings, but AJ rolls Daniels up for the three count. The two shake hands and Shane Douglas comes through the crowd and hits Daniels with a steel chain. AJ comes to protect Daniels as Dougleas runs back out through the crowd.

This is a video of a CHIKARA match between The Colony (Fire Ant, Soldier Ant, and Worker Ant) and F.I.S.T. (Gran Akuma, Chuck Taylor, and Icarus). The particular segment is one of the funniest things I have seen in a wrestling ring.  There are couple more videos of Chuck Taylor, all of which I recommend. Keep it here soon for my best of CHIKARA finishers.
